E.K. Powe, A Place to Grow?

This book combines the drawings, stories, and thoughts of second and third graders at EK Powe Elementary School in Durham, NC. The book reflects their love of their school and their teachers and reveals their creativity, humor, and concerns. Your own elementary student will appreciate this book, because it’s written by their peers, who think more like them than you do :-) . The proceeds from this book are used to fund similar projects at other schools.
