Re: Trump paid more in taxes to foreign countries than to US
Here's one of the *many* news stories on the matter:
To the Trumpians who are shouting False News, as well as the ones who are proclaiming how smart Trump is, all I can say is: Time will Tell.
‘Course Trump could clear all this up by releasing his tax returns, like Romney did when Reid falsely accused him of not paying taxes. But the important thing is that we fix the tax code so that high hogs like Trump can’t evade paying their fair share.
It is rational to question the motives of a Commander-in-Chief who contributes more to foreign gov’ts than to his own. At the very least, we should learn from those countries’ apparently more effective tax laws.
